1Win Services Agreement

1. Granted License

1.1 1win grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service on your computer or another internet-connected device to access the games available.

4. Your Obligations as a Player

9. Disputes

9.1 In case of a dispute, contact 1win customer service. Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

10. Amendments

11. Governing Law

11.1 The Agreement will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts in any legal dispute.

12. Assignment

12.1 1win may assign this Agreement to third parties without notifying users. Users cannot transfer their rights under this Agreement.

13. Advantage Play

13.1 1win reserves the right to close accounts and confiscate winnings if a player is found exploiting promotions, such as abusing bonus systems or manipulating game mechanics to gain unfair advantage.

15. International Transfer of Data
